About Me

Exile brought me to the United States. It also broadened my worldview to continue empowering folks. As a migrant from the state of Washington, I had to go through the same barriers to have an identity, get a job, and receive medical attention.

Being able to speak English only made me aware of how challenging it is for a non-English-speaking migrant to navigate this landscape. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping other at-risk communities in the Spokane region.

I am driven by curiosity and thrive on being given an unknown, complex problem that leads to social good. Thereby, the migrant community in the United States is in a precarious position due to a lack of access to resources. This challenge is one that I want to venture into and help other migrants as much as I can.
